We know that the fibre of life is made up of constant deadlines, therefore it is not realistic to expect to have no stress in our life. We have to learn ways how to better cope with and manage stress. Our best way to work with stress is to redirect it from being a “negative” force, into a positive driver energy that we can use to improve and evolve ourselves to the next level of who we are supposed to be in this life. But many of our employees don’t see stress as being something positive.
We will take the student on a journey to discover his/her own stressors. An internationally qualified teacher, will teach students about the practical things we can do to alleviate stress.

About the Teacher:
Leonie Jordaan is a Soul Coach and Professional Healer. She has also been an OETD Practitioner in the corporate world, and she specialises in the development of vocational training systems.
Due to her incredible knack with people and in depth understanding of organisational development and human resource management, she transitioned into change management consultant through the active management of company Employment Equity and Skills Development Committees where she has gained extensive experience in managing staff and people related matters in the workplace.
